Shipping
To add Shipping Rules:
From the editor, click a product gallery
From the pop-up menu, click Manage Store
When adding a product to the Product Gallery, make sure to set its weight in order for the weight range rule to apply.
To set your weight units (pounds or kilograms), click the Payment & Currency tab.
Optional: A handling fee can be added to the total purchase by adding the amount from the Shipping tab.

From the WixStore Manager, click the Shipping tab
Determine the Shipping Fee Calculation Method by selecting Weight range or Price range
Price Range: Add a shipping fee to your products based on their price
Weight Range: Add a shipping fee to your products based on their total weight.
Click Add Shipping Rule
Under Shipping Destinations, click the field and click a country for which the shipping rule will apply
Click the field again to add another country to this shipping rule.
To add a rule to a specific state within a country, where applicable, click the name of the country that you added to the field and select a state or states from the list and click Done.
Set a weight or price range and type a fee to charge for each range
You can add multiple ranges.

A shipping rule is added to your site.
Click Save.
